Our standard rental period is up to 4 hours. Additional time may be available upon request for an extra fee.

We will arrive 1-2 hours before your event starts to begin setup. On the day of your event, we will text you once we are en route, including our estimated arrival time.
All soft play equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitzied with a baby-safe, hospital-grade cleaner before and after the event to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for the little ones.

$40 delivery fee - Chesapeake, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Portsmouth
$50 delivery fee - Hampton, Suffolk, and Newport News
$3 per mile - Other areas not mentioned

Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and booking.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to your event date.
